WARREN COUNTY, OH -- Sycamore Presbyterian Church will host the Michael Chertock and Friends Holiday Concert on December 8 at 7 p.m. All proceeds from this 11th Annual Event will be donated to the Center for Respite Care.
Chertock, a Mason, Ohio resident and a pianist for the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra, is also Chair of the Piano Department at CCM and conductor of the Blue Ash/Montgomery Symphony Orchestra. In addition, he serves as the organist at Saint Barnabas Episcopal Church and the associate artistic director of the Linton Chamber Music Series.
The mission of the Center for Respite Care is to provide quality, holistic medical care to people experiencing homelessness who need a safe place to heal, while assisting them in breaking the cycle of homelessness.
Located in the northern suburbs of Cincinnati, Sycamore Presbyterian Church is a community where all are accepted and loved into a growing life with God. The church gathers weekly for traditional and modern worship (9:30 a.m. and 11a.m.). With a membership of 700, Sycamore serves as a faith-based hub for weekly programs, studies, clubs, a Music School and activities for adults and children of all ages.
