Walmart Reintroduces its Mason Supercenter – Fully Reimagined

MASON, OH -- Walmart will host a re-grand opening of its newly remodeled store in Mason, on Friday, May 1 with an official ribbon cutting at 10:30. The remodeling showcases upgrades that reflect the company’s Store of the Future model. The transformation includes a modernized layout, faster and more convenient shopping options, enhanced digital tools, and an expanded, on-trend assortment – all designed to help customers shop how and when they want.

The re-grand opening highlights Walmart’s commitment to delivering a modern, efficient and intuitive shopping experience, meeting customers where they are, whether shopping in-store or online. The event will also highlight Walmart's continued investment in the community with a presentation of grants to local organizations totaling $7,500, including:

  • $2,500 to Holding Hands, Inc.
  • $2,500 to the Mason School Foundation
  • $2,500 to the Myles Murphy Foundation

What Customers Will Notice:

  • Expanded aisles and interactive displays that help them visualize merchandise in their homes
  • An elevated assortment of healthy foods and affordable, elevated brands such as De’Longhi, Oura, Jessica Simpson and Lemme
  • More speed and convenience options, including delivery in as little as one hour
  • A seamless store app experience, allowing customers to navigate aisles, access store services, and book oil changes at the Auto Care Center
  • A Vision Center designed for greater privacy and convenience, offering brands such as Nike, Calvin Klein, and DKNY, along with services like free cleanings and adjustments

The re-grand opening is one of 18 planned for Ohio in 2026, and one of approximately 650 remodels across the U.S. Mason Walmart Supercenter is located at 5303 Bowen Dr in Mason, OH 45040.
