MASON, OH -- During the sixth annual Platt Rogers Spencer Penmanship Competition, Mars Hill Academy second and third grade students transcribed “The Lamb” by William Blake, and students in grades 4-6 transcribed Psalm 19:1-6.
In honor of the originator of the popular Spencerian cursive method, students were judged on the quality of their penmanship. Students begin learning cursive at MHA in second grade.
