Kara Folmer's Recipe For Turkey Tetrazzini

Turkey Tetrazzini

2 c or a little more of cooked turkey or chicken diced

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 c sour cream

2 tbs butter

8 oz of spaghetti noodles

At least 2cloves of garlic

1/8 cup of Parmesan cheese

Red pepper flakes and black pepper to garnish.

Cook spaghetti according to package add salt to water. Melt butter in a pan on medium heat and add garlic when melted cook about a minute . Then add can of creamed chicken , sour cream stir. After spaghetti is done and drained add meat to the sauce . Just enough to warm it . Mix with meat& sauce with the noodles . Top with Parmesan cheese , pepper flakes and black pepper.

Kara’s notes: I’ve made this without meat using broccoli florets and carrots.  I’ve also used egg noodles, but I prefer spaghetti.
