Robert P. Moertle To Be Appointed As Volunteer Police Chaplain

CLEARCREEK TWP, WARREN COUNTY, OH --  Robert P. Moertle is on the Clearcreek Township Agenda Monday morning April 22 to be appointed as Volunteer Police Chaplain.  

Also on the agenda for the 9 AM meeting are five resolutions under new business: 

  • A Resolution authorizing the Township Administrator to enter into a Crop Rental Agreement of part of lands known as Hoffmann Reserve.
  • A Resolution authorizing remittance of the first biannual lease payment of 2024 from funds due to the Warren County Port Authority’s Ohio Community Accelerator Fund.
  • A Resolution authorizing the Township Administrator to incur obligations greater than $10,000 on behalf of the Township. 
  • A Resolution dedicating a portion of Clearcreek Township’s share of funds from the American Rescue Plan Act to fund the purchase of a fuel management system.
  • A Resolution authorizing the Township Administrator to execute a contract with Cargill, Inc. for the 2024-2025 bulk ice control salt bid through Warren County.
