WAYNESVILLE, Ohio — The Warren County Park District and the Friends of Warren County Park District are pleased to announce that Hisey Fall Fest 2025 will take place this Saturday, October 4, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Hisey Park, located at 5443 Middletown Road, Waynesville, Ohio 45068.
Now in its 20th year, Hisey Fall Fest has become much more than just a festival—it is a gathering that unites community, history, nature, and fun. Whether you’re interested in local history, hands-on learning, outdoor adventures, or just family time, there’s something for all ages. The festival offers an opportunity to enjoy autumn in Warren County in a way that is free, inclusive, and deeply rooted in community values.
This year’s offerings include:
Cheryl Holly, President of the Friends of Warren County Park District, said “I am excited to see familiar faces, meet new friends, and experience the energy that comes from people enjoying our local Fall Festival.”
“After 20 years, we are now into another generation of children!” added James Prickett, a long-time Friend of Warren County Park District and Fall Fest chairperson.
All activities are free, as is admission. Visitors are encouraged to enjoy the outdoors, learn something new, and connect with neighbors in this fall celebration. In addition to experiencing the planned activities and displays, visitors are invited to explore Hisey Park at their leisure, including nature trails that wind among the park's 158 acres of forested hillsides and floodplain wetlands, and touring the historic farmhouse which was lovingly restored by descendants of the Hisey family.
