Wayne Local To Hold Special Board of Education Meeting Tuesday December 16, 2026

WAYNESVILLE, OH -- Therer will be a Special Board Board of Education meeting for Wayne Local Schools on Tuesday, December 16, 2025 at 7:00 am in the Performing Arts Center, 2nd floor Conference Room. 

The reason for the special meeting is to:

1) Rescind Motion to Approve Change Directive with Evans Energy for the Stadium Turf and Track Renovations project.

2) Make Motion to approve Change Directive with Evans Energy for the Stadium Turf and Track Renovations project to be added to our current Design-Build Agreement and the scope of work included in Owner Change Directive No. 1 originally approved on December 8th.

3) If actions 1 and 2 are passed, then, a Resolution Authorizing The Advertisement And Solicitation Of Bids Related To The High School Track And Turf Replacement Project will need to be voted upon.
