CARLISLE, OH -- During Monday Night's Carlisle School Board meeting, senior band students and SWBL Awards student athletes were recognized for their achievements.
Recently, Carlisle Band received “Superior Rating at State” at the OMEA State Finals and the senior band members were recognized by the board for helping to make that happen. They are: Dakota Frantz, James Davis, Aubrie Dillon, Ryleigh Coon, Madi Wulfhorst, Kaiden Click, Charlotte Hampton, Zach Martin, Cammie Lacy and Brady Mosley.
The Board also recognized the student athletes who were presented SWBL Awards – Fall 2024. They are:
Boys Soccer: 1st Team- Dalton Hamilton, 2nd Team- Jake Fox & Honorable Mention- Landon Johnson
Girls Soccer: 2nd Team- Annie Steckel & Honorable Mention- Justine Bowlin
Volleyball: 2nd Team- Scarlette Duncan, 2nd Team- Mackenzy Shackelford & Honorable Mention- Mya Howard
Girls Golf: 1st Team- Isabella Cochran, 2nd Team- Lexie Olinger & Honorable Mention- Logan Bruns
Boys Golf: 1st Team- Elijah Dobbins, 1st Team- Nate Rust, 2nd Team- Matthew Harrison, 2nd Team- Randy Wood & Honorable Mention- Kale Smith
Girls Tennis: Honorable Mention- Jada Back
Football: 1st Team- Blake Lawson, 1st Team- Jeremy Hamm, 1st Team- Landen Meehan, 2nd Team- Ethan Hamm, 2nd Team- Isaiah Brady, 2nd Team- Brendon Rowe & Honorable Mention- Eli Komnenovich & Honorable Mention- Cooper Steckel.
