CARLISLE, OH --  The City of Carlisle is excited to kick-off their Thursday Night Food Truck program on Thursday, May 1, 2025  but with a few changes.

Deputy Mayor Debbie Kemper noted, "The city has changed a few things from last year - the schedule for trucks will be every other Thursday night this year, and the city is offering one themed-night each month."

Community Night will be this year's theme to kick-off the 2025 Thursday Night Food Truck Season.

"Community Night, sponsored by Gross Lumber and Phil's Auto, is all about the Carlisle Community! We welcome community businesses and partners to join us by setting up a booth," Kemper explained, adding, "We have invited the Carlisle High School Jazz Band and Cheerleaders to perform at Community Night, and they will also be receiving a special acknowledgement from Carlisle City Council for all of their accomplishments this year."

There will also be a series of large trucks for a Touch-A-Truck opportunity.

While the event will run from 5 pm to 8 pm, the band will be marching and the cheerleaders performing along the paved path at Roscoe Roof Park starting at 6:00 pm.

Scheduled food trucks for Community Night, which runs from 5 pm to 8 pm:
1. Schmidt’s Sausage Truck
2. Claybourne Grill
3. Double Dippin’ Ice cream

Anyone interested in setting up a booth at the event should reach out to foodtrucks@carlisleoh.gov for more information.
