Carlisle Inducts 32 New Members Into its National Junior Honor Society

CARLISLE, OH -- Parents and grandparents filled the Carlisle Auditorium last Friday( May 16th, 2025) as the Carlisle Junior High School inducted 32 new members into the National Junior Honor Society.  

Superintendent (far right front row) was this year's honorary member.

This year's honorary member was Carlisle's semi-new superintendent Mr. Robert Fischer. Fischer was appointed as Carlisle's Superintendent back in March of 2024.  

"I have been doing National Junior Honor Society for the last fifteen years," noted advisor  Deanne Johnson, who added that over the years the students participate in various service projects, notably  the can food drive in which they participate in every year. 

"Our organization strives to be leaders, both academically and by setting a good example in the junior high," she added.
