Three Carlisle Alumni to be Recognized

Carlisle, OH -- Carlisle will be recognizing three of its Boys Basketball alumni next month.

While both Wayne Clark, Class of 1971, and David Langdon, Class of 1982, are scheduled to be inducted into Carlisle’s Athletic Hall of Fame, Class of 1977’s Eddie Crow will be recognized with a ceremony dedicating and naming the new high school gymnasium to Eddie Crowe Gymnasium.

The dedication ceremony along with the hall of fame reception and recognition will be on Thursday, February 3 in the Carlisle High School Auditorium.

Tickets are required for the evening event that will begin at 6 PM with an appetizer/cake social in the high school cafeteria, followed by a public recognition ceremony at 7 PM in the auditorium.

Then on Friday, February 4, a Pre-game Induction Ceremony will take place prior to the Varsity Boys Basketball game against Eaton High School at approximately 7:15 p.m.

Tickets are on sale now and will be sold through Friday January 28 in the high school office during school hours. Tickets are $10 and are pre-sale only.
