County Water Main Break on Dixie Highway Coming out of Franklin heading South into Middletown

FRANKLIN, OH -- A county water main break was shooting water about 30 feet into the air across Dixie Highway. The break was just south of Franklin's Downtown passed the Township Cemetery on the right side of the road.At the time of this reporting the road was till opened.
