Brenda Ihle, RN, CHN, HHP will give you nutrition tips and demonstrate how to make a super-nourishing bread, which you will get to sample. The nutrition classes are enjoyable, fun and educational events where participants learn together the importance of eating real food, including real bread. 

The classes also include a proven strategy to evaluate the vitamins and supplements a person uses for the bioavailability and purity of the product. Each class, Brenda shares a learned method as to how to incorporate both the medical field and natural health formulas to obtain and retain optimal health. Additionally, questions, answers and discussion are made available at the end of the class. The exchanging of information and experiences make for a fun experience.
