In this 1-day course for new and aspiring beekeepers, you will learn all the basics, including: all about bees, components of a hive and necessary equipment, where to place your hive, how to handle bees, what to do throughout the year, and an inspirational presentation on “The Secret Life of Bees”. You do not need to be a member of the club to register and your $30 registration fee for attending school includes your first-year membership.
