Come join us July 2, 2026 at Carlisle Area Historical Building located at 453 Park Dr. 

as the Northwest Warren County Territory  kicks off  the America 250 Celebration with our first American Flag Retirement lead by Carlisle's local Scout Troop 632.  

The Northwest Warren County Territory made up of the cities of Carlisle, Franklin and Franklin Twp. 

Along with the Flag Retirement Ceremony there will be special speakers.

The ceremony, which begins at 6 PM, will take place on the parking lot between the Historical Society Building and the Lions Club Building
