Winter Storm Elliiott Didn't Stop This Flicker From Getting Breakfast at -8 Degrees

LEBANON, OH -- This little guy was happy to find a bird feeder to grab some breakfast in the -8 degree weather that with the wind chill felt like -33.

Notice the photo it was taken at 8:33 and the temperature was -8 but with wind felt like -33.
