LEBANON, OH -- The Warren County Board of Developmental Disabilities is looking for vehicles to feature in the 2024 “Things That Go!” event.
The free community event is similar to a touch-a-truck event and encourages people of all ages and abilities to learn about vehicles from local businesses, including police cars, fire trucks, tractors, commercial vehicles, maintenance equipment, and more.
This year’s event will also offer an indoor opportunity for technology vendors and businesses to showcase their products and services.
Participating in this event will allow organizations to engage with the community, raise awareness of services, network with other local businesses and support a family-friendly event in the community.
To participate in the event or request more information, please contact Community Relations Coordinator Megan Becker at megan.becker@warrencountydd.org or Community Relations Coordinator Adam Jones at adam.jones@warrencountydd.org.
The annual event will take place at the Warren C. Young Center (WCYC) at 810 Drake Rd. in Lebanon, Ohio, on Saturday, August 17 from 10 a.m. to noon.
Our community events help us to increase visibility of our agency and promote community integration for the individuals we serve. For more information, contact Megan Becker at megan.becker@warrencountydd.org or (859) 653-7445.
