OHIO GOES TO THE MOVIES SALUTES GREATE OHIOANS

OHIO -- In this month's Ohio Goes to the Movies digital magazine, the festival, a signature event of the America 250-Ohio celebration, honors Great Ohioans from the big screen.

Dorothy Dandridge (Cleveland), Clark Gable (Cadiz) and Paul Newman (Shaker Heights) were among the honoreees this year. They are now part of the Great Ohioans exhibit at the Ohio statehouse.

Ohio Goes to the Movies is an unprecedented statewide celebration of Ohio film that will run statewide for about 250 days in 2026, with movie events featuring Ohio and Ohioans from past and present.
