WARREN COUNTY, OH -- After not having wet a line in six years, I decided to give it a try for an hour this morning at the neighborhood settling pond. I caught two limbs, lots of algae, one leaf, and a 15-inch Largemouth Bass! The bass was released and swam away to see another day. I limped home, swallowed a pain pill, and took a nap. I'm definitely not the fisherman I used to be.
Patchy rain nearby, with a high of 80 and low of 69 degrees. Fog in the morning, cloudy in the afternoon, partly cloudy for the evening, fog overnight.
