A new affordable housing development for seniors is coming to Lebanon.

LEBANON, OH -- A new affordable housing development for seniors is officially set to begin construction in Lebanon, Ohio. The 44-unit project will offer a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments designed specifically for seniors, with rent and income restrictions in place to ensure long-term affordability for older adults in the community explained Mike Sieber of the Sieber Construction.

According to Sieber, construction is scheduled to break ground in July 2025, with leasing expected to begin in Fall 2026. The project is a partnership between Warren County Community Services and Sieber Construction, Inc., two organizations committed to supporting the needs of local seniors through quality, accessible housing options.

“This project represents a significant investment in the future of Lebanon's senior population,” said Sieber. “We are excited to bring a well-designed, comfortable, and affordable living option to residents who want to age in place within their community.”
