WARREN COUNTY, OH -- Always a good idea in cold weather and an "easy on the shelf" and quick answer to a cold day is TOMATO-BASIL Soup. If you don't have Pesto in the fridge, you can use dry Italian Spices from the cupboard — about 1 Tbsp should work.
