DEERFIELD TWP, OH -- Warren County Park District's FREE Fall Concert series comes to an end this Saturday when Abe's Lincoln takes the stage.
The premier Cincinnati-based cover band will be rocking the Landen-Deerfield Park's amphitheater from 5:00pm to 6:30pm with the sights & sounds of the most popular feel-good hits from the 1980s to today's hits. To learn more about the band visit its website abeslincoln.com.
Along with the music, there will be some fun, family activities available for kids starting at 4:30 pm and going till 7:00 pm. Also, pizza and drinks will be available for purchase from Marco's.
At the September 28 FREE Fall Concert, the band New Brew was on stage while kids were entertained by:
WCPD Certified Naturalist Shannon Pennington's butterfly exhibit...
and the county's two rescued turtles: one, which was injured by a car and the other, which was hit by a lawn mower.
Premier Martial Arts of Mason was on hand showing kids the proper martial art skill to break a board in half.
And, the Warren County-Deerfield Township Sheriff's Department was on hand to meet and greet kids of all ages.
