MASON, OH --Kings High School football team is moving on to state games as they are the regional champion for the first time in program history.
Defeating Anderson 46-42 Friday night at Mason in the Division II, Region 8 finals, the Knights are advancing on to play Toledo Central Catholic (13-1) in Wapakoneta. on Nov., 25.
The winner of that game will play either Massillon Washington (12-1) or Akron Archbishop Hoban (13-1) in the state final at Tom Benson Hall of Fame in Canton Dec., 1.
