MASON, OH --  The Cincinnati Open is proud to announce its cornerstone partners - Credit One Bank, Western & Southern Financial Group, Procter & Gamble, Great American Insurance Group, Kroger and Fifth Third - have extended their support of the tournament for multiple years.

The six companies became the event’s first cornerstone partners in 2024 as they stepped in to ensure the event would remain in Cincinnati. Their renewed support is allowing the Cincinnati Open to expand this year, with more players, matches and days of play on a campus that is being transformed to double its acreage ahead of the Aug. 5-18 tournament.

The campus transformation is a $260 million investment by the Cincinnati Open with the City of Mason, Warren County and the State of Ohio. It will bring the total number of outdoor courts at the venue to 31 while also adding a six-court indoor facility, pickleball and padel courts, new locker room facilities for professional and recreational player use, and a Clubhouse that will be utilized year-round with restaurant and function room space.

“It would not be possible for the Cincinnati Open to grow and elevate its offerings without the extraordinary support of these cornerstone partners,” said Tournament Director Bob Moran. “These partners understand our desire to usher in a new era at the Cincinnati Open and to deepen our ties to this community. Their commitment to work with us is crucial as we create a best-in-class experience for our fans and players and deliver an unparalleled event for all stakeholders.”

Each cornerstone partner will have naming rights for one day of the tournament as part of this top tier sponsorship as well as other benefits catered to the interests of each company and their clientele.

In the third year of its partnership, Credit One Bank will again host the Credit One Concierge Desk to answer fan questions and help elevate their experience on-site. Credit One Bank also will host player autograph opportunities for fans to get up-close-and-personal with their favorite players and a selfie station.

Western & Southern Financial Group maintains its decades-long relationship with the tournament, having sponsored the event since 2002. In addition, it will remain as sponsor of the “Victory Balls” that winning players autograph following their match and hit into the crowd as souvenirs.

Procter & Gamble will have naming rights for Center Court and television viewers and players alike will see a new walk-on tunnel experience with the moment sponsored by Procter & Gamble. Additionally, the partnership will bring Gillette Venus Ladies’ Day to the Cincinnati Open with women-focused programming, live music and more.

Great American Insurance Group will take its partnership off-campus by working with the tournament’s court-surfacing partner Har-Tru to resurface underserved community tennis courts throughout the Greater Cincinnati Area. Additionally, Great American will sponsor the tournament’s unveiling celebration of the $260 million campus transformation that will benefit the people and businesses of the city, state and region.

Kroger will co-create the tournament’s new signature dessert, the Match Point Macaron, a key lime macaron with a coconut vanilla ice cream center. The company will again serve as presenting partner of the Fan Zone, where fans will find chef demos, player appearances, games and more. This year, Kroger expands to three on-site grab and go markets that will debut new self-checkout technology to allow fans to move through quickly and get back to the tennis.

Fifth Third is creating a new, exclusive lounge for its bank customers at the tournament, offering a quick getaway for their guests complete with special offerings. The bank is again sponsoring the Cincy Serves initiative to honor 12 local residents who make the Greater Cincinnati area a Fifth Third Better and is also bringing back the popular Pups & Players adoption event where fans and players can play with rescue dogs and even take one home.

The cornerstone partners will allow the Cincinnati Open to further its philanthropy in the community through support of organizations like the Cincinnati Tennis Foundation, First Serve Cincinnati (formerly Tennis for Charity), the WTA Foundation, Buddy Up for Life and various groups through the Cincy Serves program. Last year, the tournament donated more than $300,000 to local causes through a variety of initiatives. Like the event itself, those efforts will be expanded in 2025, highlighted by a new Aces for Kids campaign that will see $60 donated to Cincinnati Children’s Hospital for every ace hit during the tournament.

The Cincinnati Open annually hosts the world’s best men’s and women’s professional tennis players as a 1000-level tournament on both the ATP and WTA Tours. Tickets are on sale now at cincinnatiopen.com.
