State Route 48 Bridge Project Completed
State Route 48 in Warren County was re-opened to traffic yesterday following the completion of the bridge rehabilitation project over the Little Miami near the corporation limit of South Lebanon, according to a release by the Ohio Department of Transportation. The release also said there may be some finishing work still to be completed, but there should be little to no impact to traffic.
Great Lakes Construction company was awarded a $7.29 million contract to compete the bridge rehabilitation on State Route 48, as well as bridge rehabilitation project on U.S. 22 over the Little Miami at Foster. The latter project is scheduled to begin next year.
