FRANKLIN, OH -- Isaiah Beals-Kennedy, manager of the McDonald’s restaurant at 410 S. Main St, has won a Ray Kroc Award, an accolade that recognizes the top performing McDonald’s Restaurant managers globally. Beals-Kennedy has been with McDonald’s for 7 years and currently holds the position of general manager. He was nominated for the award due to his accomplishments managing the 6810 Franklin Lebanon Road location in Franklin, Ohio. Previously, he was presented the SERVE award for his positive influence in his community and among his peers.
Established in 1999, the award is named in honor of the McDonald’s Corporation founder Ray Kroc and recognizes diligent restaurant managers – those who keep Ray Kroc’s vision alive through their leadership and the care they show to customers and crew alike.

McDonald's independent franchisees and regional management nominate restaurant managers for the Ray Kroc Awards to recognize their hard work, dedication, and commitment to McDonald's and its customers. Restaurant managers play a critical role in shaping every guest’s experience and building a workplace where people feel proud to belong.
“Isaiah was nominated because of his commitment to the team, and his pride in providing an exceptional customer experience,” said Owner/Operator Eric Godlove. "He has demonstrated his leadership by showing that no matter the situation, you can overcome the past by developing a great plan, communicating a strategy, and gaining the support to achieve outstanding results.”
