WARREN COUNTY, OH -- Ohio entrepreneur and Miami University Trustee Zac Haines has
announced his candidacy for the Ohio State Senate, 7th District. Haines enters the race with the endorsements from U.S. Congressman Warren Davidson, Ohio State Treasurer Robert Sprague, and over 40 elected officials and local leaders throughout the 7th Ohio Senate District.

As a CEO working with over 1,400 small businesses, Haines shared that he has seen firsthand, how government overreach can stifle growth and opportunity. He also noted that he is not a career politician, but that he is a job creator and plans to bring results-driven leadership to Columbus.

“My goal is to make Ohio stronger, safer, and more competitive,” said Haines. “Career politicians are all talk. If elected, I will lower taxes, protect our 2nd amendment rights, defend the unborn, support small businesses and ensure that families have a voice in education. I look forward to working with Governor Vivek Ramaswamy to preserve our values and grow opportunities for all Ohioans," Haines said.

Haines, who is known for his commitment to excellence, accountability, and conservative values, has a strong record of public service, which include:
