LEBANON, OH -- Mercy Health announces the opening of its 11th urgent care clinic in the Greater Cincinnati market. Beginning Thursday, August 28, Mercy Health Urgent Care, Lebanon will be open seven days a week from 8 am - 8 pm, providing new health care accessibility to residents and families seeking convenient treatment for minor illnesses and injuries.
Located near Walmart and the intersection of U.S. Route 42 and State Route 48, the clinic is co-located with Mercy Health primary care and cardiology practices at 1525 Genntown Drive, Suite A2, Lebanon, Ohio. Mercy Health urgent care locations are designed for today’s busy families and consumers who are increasingly seeking convenient retail sites with free, easy parking, walk-in appointments and the option to reserve a spot online.
“Mercy Health recognizes the important role urgent care plays in improving access and ensuring patients get the most appropriate level of care,” said Philip Lam MD, regional medical director for Mercy Health Urgent Care. “We are committed to expanding our base of retail sites to extend compassionate, quality care for conditions that can be treated outside a hospital setting.”
Consistent with urgent care industry standards, the new 4,824-square-foot location is staffed by experienced, board-certified providers, including physicians, advanced practice clinicians, medical assistants and radiologic technologists. The team is equipped to treat a wide range of non-emergency medical conditions such as sprains, flu symptoms, minor fractures, ear infections and more. Onsite services include lab testing and X-rays.
This addition strengthens the continuity of care across the Mercy Health network by connecting patients seamlessly to specialists, primary care and hospital services when needed. Whether patients are existing Mercy Health patients or seeking care for the first time, the new Lebanon clinic offers a direct link to one of the region’s most comprehensive healthcare systems.
