LEBANON, OH -- As the United States prepares to celebrate its 250th anniversary, the history of the American Revolution is coming to life. Right here, in Warren County's own backyard, students entering fourth through eighth grades in the fall can attend this year's History Camp to Uncover the Secrets of America's Birth!
At camp, they will discover the defiant letters to the king and the brave men who traded their muskets for plows and settled where we now live, work, and play; the stories of America’s fight for independence are hidden all around us, waiting to be discovered

In their quest for answers, campers will go on a field trip, meet special guests, and explore the exhibits at the Harmon Museum to see history through the eyes of the people who lived it.
History Camp takes place at Harmon Museum in Lebanon from July 6th though the 9th from 9AM to Noon. (Except on field trip day (Wednesday), when the hours will be from 8:45 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. Please pack your camper a lunch on Field Trip Day.)
For over 30 years the Harmon Museum has offered its award winning* History Camp for young students of Warren County, under the direction of the museum’s Historian and Educational Director,John Zimkus. He is assisted by Assistant Director, Jeanne Doan.
