HARTS Star of the Week .... Cassie

WarrenCountyPost.com is working with HART (Homeless Animal Rescue Team) in helping them with their mission, which is:

  • Helping them rescue homeless animals,
  • Saving them from euthanization, abandonment, and abuse
  • Placing them in forever homes.

All HART dogs are fully-vetted (spayed/neutered, up-to-date on all vaccines, micro-chipped, and on heart worm and flea and tick preventative) at time of adoption. To help HART perform its mission, WarrenCountyPost.com will be "Spotlighting" an animal that needs a Forever Home on a weekly basis. To learn more about HART visit their website here.

Meet Cassie!  If you’re looking for some company and a little entertainment, then 4-year-old (approx.) Cassie is your girl!

Cassie will greet you at the door, enjoys being petted, and will follow you around... because she loves to be near her humans. Give her a little attention and she will be attached to you forever!

Her foster says Cassie has a sweet demeanor “with just a little ‘tortitude’ on rare occasions.”

Cassie needs a home where she is the only pet because she is afraid of other cats and dogs and will do best in a home with only adults or older children. She’ll make a great companion and hopes you’ll fill out an application to meet her and adopt her soon at www.rescueahart.org.

All HART kittens and cats are vet checked, combo tested, spayed/neutered, up-to-date on all vaccines, microchipped, and on flea and tick preventative.
