Join Laura Stanton, Family and Consumer Sciences Extension Educator and Nature Nerd, for a relaxing stroll around Kingswood Park. This will be a slow and peaceful walk with the opportunity to soak up lots of Vitamin N(ature), which is shown to be beneficial to your overall health and wellbeing. Fall weather is hard to predict, so dress appropriately. We'll leave the Activity Center at 9:00 AM and return by 11:00 AM. Please join us for a health y dose of fresh air, nature, and friends!
