LEBANON, OH --Â The Ohio Development Services Agency and Warren County Community Services Inc, (WCCS) will help income-eligible Ohioans with a one-time payment with a households primary and/or secondary heating source with a disconnection, shut-off, need to establish new service, need to pay to transfer service, have a PIPP default, need to pay first PIPP, or have 25% or less of bulk fuel/propane. This program will end on March 31, 2024.
To apply for the program, clients are required to schedule an appointment with Warren County Community Services, Inc., Emergency HEAP. Appointments can be scheduled by calling 513-970-6737 or online at https://wccs.itfrontdesk.com
Clients need to bring copies of the following documents to their appointment:
The Low-Income Household Water Assistance Program is available. If you have a current, past due, or a disconnect with your water and/or wastewater, service has been shut off or new service is being established. We may be able to assist with a one-time payment. This program ends March 31, 2024.
