LEBANON, OHIO -- Now that the 4th of July is over, it's time to get ready for the Warren County Fair, which runs from July 15th through the 20th. Close to 125 years old, the first two Warren County Fairs were held at Osborn Grove in Lebanon by the Warren County Agricultural Society in 1850. Then, two years later, 1852, the fair was moved to a five-acre space at its present location on North Broadway. Today, the five acres has grown into 97 acres with 26 barns, show arenas, and exhibit halls and is still managed by the Warren County Agricultural Society.
While many think of the great food and fun rides when it comes to going to the fair, the Warren County Fair recently added a beer garden, that is opened Monday July 15th through Friday 19th from 4 PM until 10:30 PM. Then, on Saturday, July 20th is opened from noon till 10:30 PM. (On both Friday and Saturday the Ohio Craft Brewers Association will be at the fair from Friday: 4pm-10:30pm and Saturday 12pm-10:30pm.)
Along with rides, food vendors and Craft Beer Nights, the fair offers a special event every day...
Then, there are the events that make the fair extra special for Warren County residents and families, such as...
Little Miss and Mister Pageants ...
and Jr Fair Live Stock Sales...
