CARLISLE, OH -- Charlotte Colley, who is serving as interim city manager/finance director on a part-time basis for the city of Carlisle, swore in new fire fighter Morgan Goubeaux at Tuesday night's council meeting.
Gougbeaux is one of the Lieutenants on JEMS and moved here from Camden, Vice Mayor Tim Humphries explained. "She is all about the local community,"Humphries noted.
According to reporter Ed Richter's story in the Dayton Daily, interim city manager Colley comes from Miami County as its administrator, and Carlisle has narrowed its search for a new city manager to two candidates:
- Carlisle native Michael Brillhart, who has more than 30 years experience in local government and is currently serving as public service-safety director of Wapakoneta
- Chris Lohr, who has more than 15 years experience in local government and is currently the assistant city manager at Riverside.
